Police is Stopping Citizens

Citizens are being searched at police check posts without any reason,  Since these rallies were held in Islamabad, anti-government protests have taken place in Islamabad, due to which a dangerous turn has come to the fore.

 Islamabad police are now stopping random citizens at check posts to check their smartphones. They are checking which apps are installed in their mobile phones. These police officers are not only searching the phones, but also their personal accounts, WhatsApp and social media accounts. They are searching for any data that points to PTI. For so many weeks, the government has been demonstrating in the city verbally.

 What is even worse is that the families of police officers are being completely ignored. Neither the police nor their family members are being searched. Even when they are going to travel with their families in many areas of the city, they are not stopped on the way. Apart from them, all the other citizens are facing problems. Their mobile phones are being checked. 

Police harassing Citizen

Their personal details are being taken from them.Margalla F11 and other areas around require a warrant issued by higher officers, which none of these police officers have. These police officers are only harassing ordinary citizens. Apart from this, no warrant is known to have been published. We strongly advise citizens to be vigilant when the policeThere is no public notification by the officers to inform the public about the searches that violate privacy. The ICD Police and the Islamabad DC Office apparently receive complaints regarding the matter but they know that no matter how well the complaint is received, there is no possibility of getting any real response.

Citizen face problem through police 

 The public and citizens are very worried because the police are doing whatever they want and are searching them. They are being prevented from traveling, which is Due to which citizens are not able to reach their work on time, which is causing a lot of damage. We request the government not to harass the people.
