Kate Middleton suffers in silence with King Charles and Prince William
According to an expert, Kate Middleton and Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis has put the Royal Family in a cycle of “cruel suffering.”
The expert, describing the state of the firm today, compared it to “a prison of gold,” claiming that “the institution works for us.”
Lewis Goodall claims in The New Statesman Article that King Charles, Kate Middleton, and the royal family are treated like “public property.” They are not able to hide from the prying eyes of others, no matter what they do.
The Windsors are aristocratic, living in palaces with servants and courtiers. However, they are also a gold prison. For opulence, prestige, and wealth, there is a cost—the merging of state and family. “It is a cruel merger, in which self, family, and country are indivisible, and chaos is inevitable when they try to divide them,” said the journalist.
“Catherine is concerned about her privacy?” It’s perfectly reasonable. She could have it. No. “There is no privacy inside the cage. She belongs to us, the state.”
He then went on to question the morality behind such a system, writing: “We’re breeding a whole family that will represent our country.” It is a system they cannot opt out of.
Even if Harry tried to opt-out, it’s not possible. By the time that they decide to opt-out, they have already become public property.”
How long will we continue to be cruel together? “Or stealing fate, inflicting suffering, or duty that need not exist?”
In the past few months, the royal family has been faced with significant health issues. King Charles and Princess Diana are both fighting cancer.
